“Game Brunch” continues its run with Blackbird Film Festival! We don’t have all the details yet but the festival will happen via drive-in from June 17th through 20th, with a virtual version the following week. More details later in the year!
Movie Night!
Revolution Me Film Festival is hosting a virtual movie night of a bunch of our shorts: Hello, Night In, The Gaze, Enough, and Affliction. It's Saturday, February 20th at 6pm ET with a live Q&A with Christina after. It's a $20 suggested donation and proceeds will go towards Revolution Me Media Labs, a free filmmaking lab the festival has created for underserved high school students.

We’re excited to announce that our newest short, fantastical farce “Game Brunch,” will be premiering in Horrible Imaginings Film Festival’s Campfire Tales from February 26th through 28th. And writer/director Christina will be doing a virtual Q&A.

Feline Fables
When our production plans for the year were squashed, we got creative and decided to make some silly shorts while in quarantine starring our pets (and sometimes people). See the 4 episodes of Feline Fables below. And stay tuned because we may have more in the works!
Short Films
We released two shorts online this year! "The Gaze" wrapped up its festival run and premiered via ALTER's youtube & facebook. "Affliction" hit the festival circuit and had a great virtual run. It earned 7 award nominations and won Best Screenplay and the Social Awareness Award at Revolution Me Film Festival, as well as receiving runner-up for Best Director and Best Drama at Horrible Imaginings Film Festival.

IndieWorks Monthly Screening Series
Our 7th Annual Best of Fest at IndieWorks was meant to be held in a theater in April, but we had to pivot to a virtual format. We're proud of how we pulled it off under the unexpected circumstances and short notice. While we couldn't start our new season as planned in June and have had the series on hiatus since then, we have continued amplifying our local peers by creating social media playlists of alumni films. First there was our 6 weeks of thematic #QuarantineQuickFlicks, and then #PrideInside, #IndieFireWorks and eventually #SpooktoberShorts.
We hope to be able to safely bring the series back by Fall 2021.
Only time will tell.
